This new
book covers not only the North shore of Belfast
Lough but extends inland to highlight Ballyclare,
Doagh, Ballynure and much of our area. Attractive
watercolours by John Marshall of the motte in
Ballyclare Park, the Town Hall, Ballynure
churchyard, Mossley Mill, the Whitehouse and more
are matched by the history of each contribited by
Bob Armstrong. He has also written a concise
history of the area which forms the bookends to the
collection of sites.
